Bookshelf - 2020
2019, I thought was probably the worst year of my reading (and life, in general). But you should never be too arrogant about hitting rock bottom; no way I could have seen what a train-wreck 2020 would be. So for large parts of the year, I did not really read. If only I would have tracked the number of books I started and failed to finish.
Note: This list would be updated and maintained from September, 2020. (I promise to be regular)
Key: Books in bold are made my mind or heart leap. I will definitely remember enough to tell you about them at any given time. If you have limited time, pick those.
Vengeful - Schwab plays with the anti-hero theme extremely well. All the characters are messed up. Riveting.
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban - Siriusly blown away.
The Almanack of Naval Ravikant - I think, I’d be reading this… a lot of times. I’m glad that I did. Easily my favorite read of the year.
When Things Fall Apart: Heart Advice for Difficult Times - some good points, did not have the heart to finish it all.
